Emotional Release Bodywork is a combination of trigger point therapy, intuitive massage, and energy work. In providing a safe and nurturing space, we will work together to bring love and acceptance to the parts within, that are longing to be seen and acknowledged. Allowing for deep healing, more flow and vitality in your body, a deeper connection to self and more peace within. This process is deeply nourishing for the Soul.
